i'm referring to the crab; though my brother Joseph can be abit freaky sometimes, hehe.
notice the turf of hair or fur coating on the claws of the crab? i don't know if it's insulative or what, it just makes it abit un-appetising, to say the least.
labelled 'big-clawed crab' (literal translation from mandarin) it certainly didn't cut it for that term as well, so pretty disappointed with this particular dish (this was broiled and salted)
i'm still a fan of seafood, mind you, maybe just gonna steer clear of these species of crabs....
